Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After hours, weekends, and holidays, the same line rings to our on-call plumber for genuine plumbing emergencies (burst pipe, sewer backup, gas smell, no heat in winter, no water at all). We do not charge an after-hours surcharge - flat-rate pricing applies around the clock.
